Upon arriving, guests of Blue Sage Studio can expect:

  • to have their contact information confirmed for contact tracing.

  • to be provided with a mask if they do not have their own.

  • to be escorted to a hand sanitizing / hand washing station.


 

COVID-19 UPDATE

All people living in British Columbia who are 12 years and older can now register to book vaccines one of three ways:

  • Online at gov.bc.ca/getvaccinated, available in 12 different languages

  • By telephone through a provincial call centre (toll-free) at 1-833-838-2323, available in 140 different languages

  • In-person at the nearest Service BC location.

After you get a vaccine, it is important to continue to follow public health guidelines. This includes:

  • Cleaning your hands regularly

  • Maintaining a safe physical distance

  • Wearing a mask

  • Staying home when sick

+ Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes. To ensure a tranquil and luxurious experience for all of my guests, as well as to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all appointments must be booked in advance.

+ Are face masks required? What if I don't have one?

To avoid the spread of COVID-19, face masks must be worn at all times by both guests and staff. Guests arriving without a mask will be provided with one.

+ What personal belongings can I bring?

Please limit the number of items you bring with you. If you would like to use your cell phone during your appointment, please present it to be disinfected when you arrive.

+ Can I bring a friend or family member?

Please come by yourself if you are able to. Guests who require assistance during their appointments are kindly asked to mention this when booking their appointment.

+ I've shown some symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, can I still come to my appointment?

Unfortunately we will not be able to honor your appointment without proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

+ I'm a health care worker and/or I provide care to a COVID-19 patient, can I still get my hair done?

Thank you for your service. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate anyone who has been in contact with an active COVID-19 case in the last 14 days.

+ I've traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days, can I still come to my appointment?

Unfortunately we will not be able to honor your appointment without proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
